The Korouoma Canyon is a unique nature area in the Finnish Lapland, that offers beautiful arctic landscapes to explore. In winter, the canyon presents some of the most impressive frozen formations in Europe and a famous playground for ice-climbers. The nature reserve of Korouoma is just 1h30 away from Rovaniemi, which makes it one of the best places to hike from the capital of Lapland. With your expert outdoor guide, you will hike down into the canyon to the best viewpoints. Your guide will teach you more about nature, some survival tips and share with you their passion for Lapland. After the hike, a barbecue lunch will be served around an open fire.
